Much has happend in the stable, too. During the last days, we picked up many of our horses who spend their winter on other fields in South Iceland. We had 80- 90 horses on our farm during the winter. Now, we already have about 150 horses on our farm that we will train in the upcoming weeks and prepare for the long tours starting in the beginning of June. Soon we will have up to 300 horses at Vellir. On the picture you can see Ida who happily welcomes Ingolfur back to work.

Also today, Gleði got, as the first of our breeding mares, her foal. It is a little grey stallion. On the pictures, he is only minutes old and you can see him at his first attempt to stand up. Isn´t he cute?
