The first month of the year is almost over and we would like to take the opportunity to inform you about the upcoming events this year.

As you know, Eldhestar celebrated the 25th anniversary of organized riding tours in Iceland in 2012. At the same time, Landsmót will be held in Reykjavík from June 25^th – July 1^st.This big horse competition takes place every other year and is an event you should not miss. Here you can find the link to the official homepage of Landsmót.

We would like to celebrate these two events with you and offer therefore two anniversary tours, Landmannalaugar from the West and the Paradiestour. Both tours stand in direct connection to Landsmót. The "Paradiestour" takes place before this big event and "Landmannalaugar from the West" starts directly after the commpetion. This gives you the possibility to follow the final competions on Landsmót. The booking of these two tours goes well. The tour "Landmannalaugar from the west" is already fully booked but we still have several spots available on the "Paradiestour".

But these two tours are not the only once that are compoundable with the Landsmót competition. We also recommend three of our shorter tours that give you the opportunity to follow the finals at Landsmót. You will get to know the Icelandic nature and the best of all Icelandic horses.
