This Saturday, August 18th, Menningarnótt, the Culture Night will take place in Reykjavík. This is one of the biggest outdoor events in Iceland with thousands of people strowling through downtown Reykjavík enjoying the wide range of activities such as exabitions, guided tours and different shows out on the road. The night will end in the Reykjavík harbour where the changing lights of Harpa create the perfect stage for the big firework at 11pm.

Why don‘t you come one of our shorter riding tours in the morning and enjoy the party in the afternoon? Eldhestar will opperate as usual during this day but there will probably be some delays. We are unfortunatly not able to pick up at all hotels and guesthouses in downtown Reykjavik since all road in the inner circle will be closed on this day. Instead, we will pick you up at collecting points througout downtown Reykjavík. We ave already started to contact those of you who booked a tour with us that day and stay in downtown Reykjavik.
