Most of our half-day tours and day tours are offered all year round. Here everyone, individuals and groups, can experience the variety of the landscape, the history, the culture and the soul of the land and people as well as the special gait - tölt.
Our shorter tours (2-5 days) provide further insight into the history and landscape of the country and show how the horse has played a vital role in Icelandic history and culture. On these tours, people can combine horse trekking with other activities in Iceland.
Our longer tours provide a way to experience the hidden pleasures of the different parts of Iceland, and how Icelanders have travelled through the centuries. There are the old riding paths from north to south - Kjölur and Sprengisandur - the beautiful Valley of the Horses on the Golden Highlights of the South tour, and the magic of the mountains in the southern part of Iceland, just to mention a few!
