Tour 8c  – The Best of Eldhestar: 4 days of riding

Eldhestar Exclusive!

On this tour our guests can experience the best day-stages from Eldhestar’s different shorter and longer tours in the South of Iceland. We visit the Valley of the Horses – Marardalur – from Tour 13, The Golden Highlights of the South. We will also experience the Kattatjarnir ponds and Reykjadalur Valley from Tour 9, Around the Volcano. Furthermore we also enjoy Tour 6, the Beach Ride – Day Tour Deluxe. Finally we visit the national park Thingvellir, one of two places in Iceland on UNESCO´s World Heritage List, from Tour 12, Thingvellir. New since 2012 is that we bring with us a herd of horses on days 2 and 3.

Day-by-day description

4 days on horseback. 4 nights - 75km. Hotel accommodation with full board at Hotel Eldhestar and/or nearby hotel. Bring swimsuit and towel

Departures: June 1, 12, 23, July 5, 14, 30 and August 11.

(All hotel accommodation tours - Price based on stay in double room. Single room is an available option at a supplement.
Accommodation in Reykjavik after hotel tours is not included. Please note that dinner on the last evening is not included.)
